Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nonprofit Fundraising Consultant to lead and execute fundraising efforts for a Conference. This is a commission-based role focused on securing financial support through donations, sponsorships, grants, and partnerships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in nonprofit fundraising, proven success in securing funding, and an established network of donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy Identify and secure funding through: Individual donors Corporate sponsorships Foundations and grants Research, write, and submit grant proposals Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners Create fundraising campaigns and initiatives aligned with organizational goals Track and report fundraising progress and outcomes Collaborate with leadership to align funding with program needs Qualifications Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising (required) Demonstrated success in securing grants and sponsorships Strong grant writing and proposal development skills Established network of potential donors, foundations, or corporate partners (preferred) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Compensation Commission-based (percentage of funds raised) Potential for performance bonuses and long-term partnership opportunities
