Job Title: Credit & Collections Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee credit and collections functions within a dynamic organization. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, improving cash flow, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day collections and receivables activities
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past-due balances
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing
Assist in developing and improving credit and collections procedures
Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate solutions
Prepare reports and provide updates on collection performance
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
Support and guide team members as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with standard business software
Excel, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, reporting tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
