Insight Global is in search of a PPC Specialist to drive paid media performance for a fast?paced digital agency. This individual will own end?to?end management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including strategy development, execution, daily optimization, and performance reporting. Their day will include monitoring KPIs, adjusting bids and budgets, refining audiences and keywords, and coordinating with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with client goals. They will run A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams using Monday.com for workflow organization and Slack for daily communication, while staying informed on platform updates, PPC best practices, and competitive trends to ensure continuous campaign improvement.
