Payroll And Hcm Consultant
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll and HCM Consultant at PaySteady. The ideal candidate will have expertise with HCM software solutions, payroll systems, and customer service. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines. The role is full-time and applicants should be accessible to the office in Arlington, VA 1-3 times per week. Employees may be eligible to work remotely after proven competency. Configure, customize, and integrate HCM software such as Rippling, ADP Run, ADP Workforce Now, Justworks and similar industry leading payroll systems. Assess customer requirements and implement the best solutions. Lead HCM system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. Serve as the payroll and HRIS subject matter expert for our customers and primary customer service point of contact. Support is provided via email, phone and videoconferencing calls. 3+ years of experience processing payroll end-to-end. Expertise with Rippling, Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, UKG or similar tools. Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance. Excellent communication, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
