Benefits Specialist

for a direct hire opportunity. This role oversees benefits administration, leave management, payroll processing, and HRIS management. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain records in ADP Workforce Now (HRIS, payroll, reporting) Manage employee leaves of absence and coordinate with third-party administrator Process bi-weekly payroll Oversee full-cycle benefits administration, including annual renewals Support compensation and incentive programs Generate HR analytics and reporting Assist with HR budgeting, audits, filings, and vendor management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of benefits, leave management, and payroll experience Recent ADP Workforce Now experience required High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills If you are a detail-oriented
