We are seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist Leave Of Absence to serve as the primary owner for leave of absence administration and colleague workplace accommodations. This role manages the full lifecycle of leave and accommodation casesfrom intake through return-to-workensuring a supportive colleague experience, strong compliance, and consistent partnership with HRBPs, managers, Benefits, and Compliance. This individual will: Lead day-to-day administration of FMLA, state and local leave programs, company leaves, and disability. Administer colleague accommodation requests and the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state laws, in close partnership with Compliance and external counsel as needed. Collaborate with the Benefits team on broader benefits administration, including vendor coordination, Open Enrollment support, and special projects that enhance how colleagues experience MyHR and Total Rewards.
