Position Overview Tonti Properties is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and campaign execution within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies
Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and tracking performance
Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and promotional materials
Support property-level marketing efforts, events, and resident engagement activities
Track and report on campaign performance metrics
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, email platforms) is a plus
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
