We're seeking a friendly, positive individual with a hardworking attitude. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Receptionist at Revivify Beauty Salon & Spa. This full‑time, on‑site position will have you at the forefront of our client experience. As our Receptionist, you will warmly greet clients, expertly handle phone inquiries, and manage appointment tracking while providing top‑notch hospitality.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an impeccably organized reception area, and support various administrative tasks. Additionally, your professional knowledge and upbeat personality will be key in creating and promoting our salon videos across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Booking appointments via phone and booking software

Fostering relationships with members

Handling all appointment check‑ins

Selling products and add‑on services

Cleaning and salon organization

Maintaining an upbeat personality through TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook videos

Ability to work in fast‑paced environment

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Attention to detail

Strong speaking ability in English and Spanish

Work closely with the Leadership Team to manage walk‑in appointments

Efficiently scheduling appointments based on stylist availability, skill level, and timing

Checking clients out at the end of their appointment

Greeting and handling all guest check in/outs

Scheduling appointments based on timing and stylist skills

Answering a multi‑line phone system, and directing calls as needed

Replying to client emails and online reviews

Creating marketing campaigns to increase client count

Community outreach for neighborhood businesses and residents

Planning salon business and events based on sales goals

Tracking inventory as well as entering new product into computer systems

Working closely with salon's owner to plan salon event

Inventory management and ordering of salon supplies

Coach stylists on consultations with clients

Promote retail products

Help manage revenue objectives and staff goals

Daily content uploads to social media and engagement with clients on reviews

Constant interaction with clients and staff

We are seeking candidates with previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or salon team member, although this experience is helpful but not required.

A willingness to assist other team members as needed

Previous experience in a salon or hospitality setting

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English

A fun and friendly personality with an attentive and problem‑solving mindset

A unique personal style combined with a professional disposition

A genuine interest in the hair and beauty industry (a plus!)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Retail experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Upload daily content to social media and engage with clients through reviews

Promote retail products

Manage inventory

Assist in achieving revenue objectives and team goals

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED (required)

BA/BS in Business Administration or a similar field (preferred)

We're looking for dependable candidates who take pride in their work and can thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

$15.00 per hour, 40 hrs per week

10% Commission on product sales
