Bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Receptionist – Clifton, NJ
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly professional and experienced Bi-Lingual Legal Receptionist to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system efficiently and professionally. Route incoming calls accurately to appropriate staff members. Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Perform basic administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and sorting incoming/outgoing mail.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a multi-line phone system. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Filevine is a plus. Bi-lingual proficiency required.
Compensation This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $60,000 to $70,000.00 annually.
