Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting daily dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scanning, etc.)
Communicate effectively with service and sales departments
Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff
Qualifications
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Reliable and punctual
