At
CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions) , we’re looking for an experienced and motivated
Assistant LMRT Program Director
to support the success of our Limited Medical Radiologic Technology program.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with program leadership to ensure
high-quality instruction, faculty support, and student success
in a blended learning environment.
✨ What You’ll Do
Train and support instructional staff for
online and in-person course delivery
Implement and maintain curriculum aligned with
program standards and accreditation requirements
Provide oversight of
instructional quality and curriculum compliance
Evaluate faculty performance and provide
coaching and development support
Review lesson plans to ensure alignment with
course objectives
Monitor student performance, including
attendance, grades, and intervention efforts
Provide
academic advising
and support student success initiatives
Analyze and report on
student and faculty performance metrics
Assist with
class scheduling, advisory board preparation, and training initiatives
Support compliance with
TWC, federal, and accrediting standards
Participate in
faculty recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding
Conduct student orientations and assist with
prospective student interviews
Review completion, placement, and licensure outcomes with leadership
Collaborate with externship coordination to support
clinical site development and student progress
Assist registrar with maintaining accurate
student and employee records
Cover classes as needed and support
day-to-day program operations
What We’re Looking For
Current
LMRT or Radiologic Technologist license
(required)
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in radiology (clinical, teaching, or both)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong understanding of
academic policies, compliance, and blended learning environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced academic setting
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong data entry and reporting skills
