Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic and growth-oriented team. This role is integral to a mission of delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting producers in placing new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a passion for client service, and a commitment to excellence. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of some on-site presence.
Compensation Package
Base Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 annually + commissions
Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
Provide A-Z servicing for a book of business valued at approximately $350,000 in revenue
Assist producers in placing new business with standard carriers such as Auto-Owners, Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, Hagerty, Chubb, AIG, and Vault
Quote new and renewal business using AMS360 and EZLynx rating software
Manage accounts with policy sizes ranging from $500 to $3,000 in revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with a team of 6 Account Managers and 2 support staff to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Active Georgia P&C and L&H licenses required
Experience : 3-5+ years in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of success
Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 and EZLynx rating software preferred
Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; customer-focused mindset; adaptability; and attention to detail
Work Environment : Hybrid role with some on-site presence required; candidates must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate
