Overview
Job Summary: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. The successful candidate will manage a book of business consisting of approximately 400 personal lines policies, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Compensation
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance policies (approximately 400 policies).
Handle quoting, renewals, cross-selling, and marketing of personal lines accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work with standard carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, Chubb, Travelers, and Hartford.
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in EPIC software is mandatory.
Familiarity with standard carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, Chubb, Travelers, and Hartford.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
