Commercial Lines Producer - Middle Market - Remote
A well-established, growth-oriented insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to support continued expansion of its middle-market business. Commercial Lines Producer - Middle Market - Remote

The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, strong market knowledge, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and relationship development through placement and ongoing client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new middle-market commercial accounts across a variety of industries
- Build and manage a book of business with average account sizes of approximately $40K in premium
- Develop strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal service teams
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Lead client meetings, renewal discussions, and coverage strategy conversations
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within agency systems
- Collaborate with account management teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines production experience within an agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate new business with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of middle-market risks and coverage structures
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-driven role
