Compensation Package
- Base Salary (Year 1): $65,000 - $75,000 (declines over three years to commission-only structure)
- Commission Structure: 40% on new business, 30% on renewals
- Activity Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses (e.g., $1,000 for meeting monthly goals)
- Equity Opportunity: Gain equity in the company once your book of business reaches $250,000
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the middle-market commercial sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication
- Select and focus on a primary and secondary industry vertical to specialize in
- Attend sales training programs to enhance skills and industry knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve organizational objectives
- Required Experience:
- Proven B2B sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
- Experience in prospecting and conducting client meetings
- Background in roles such as Producer Assistant or other insurance-related positions is a plus
- Preferred Experience:
- 3-4 years of B2B sales experience or 2-3 years in an insurance-related role
- Recent graduates with a degree in Risk Management, Business, or Sales will also be considered
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory
- Soft Skills:
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed
