Our client, a respected independent agency in Fayetteville, NC, is expanding and seeking two Commercial Lines Producers to join their growing team. With strong carrier access, backend support, and a proven commission structure, this opportunity is designed for producers ready to build a profitable book in a market that isn't oversaturated.

- Equity available once you reach $1.5M in premium (increases to 45% commission on new and renewal)
- Access to a wide range of competitive standard markets
- Strong backend support allows you to focus on production
- Out in the field ~90% of the time (the rest is office-based)
- Building a book from scratch with full autonomy
- Writing mostly commercial, some personal lines
- Working with top carriers like Auto-Owners, Cincinnati, Travelers, Progressive, Safeco, and more
- Managing your own outreach and marketing strategy
- Active P&C license (required)
- 1-3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred
- Background in independent agencies or strong sales aptitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build equity in your book
- Experience with Applied TAM is a plus
- Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000
- Commission: 25% new business; 45% on new/renewal post-equity
