The Opportunity
- Build and grow a book of middle-market commercial clients
- Focus on prospecting new business and holding client meetings
- Work closely with senior leadership and agency partners
- Spend time in the field developing relationships
- Highly competitive base + commission
- Activity Bonuses: Monthly meeting goals eligible for additional bonuses
- Equity Opportunity
- 3-4 years of B2B sales experience OR
- 2-3 years in an insurance-related role (Producer Assistant, Account Rep, etc.)
- Experience prospecting and leading client meetings
- P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Highly motivated, competitive, and driven
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Coachable and open to structured sales training
