Identify and size new monetization and growth opportunities across the employer Design lightweight experiments and pilots to validate impact Build analytical models, dashboards, and narratives to support decisions Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to drive execution Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear plans and measurable outcomes What is Required (Qualifications)

3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, product analytics, or growth Experience working in marketplace, ads, or platform monetization environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from data to action Ability to operate independently in a high-ambiguity environment with high ownership A builder mindset focused on execution, not just strategy decks How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
