Wir sind der weltweit führende Anbieter effizienter, innovativer und nachhaltiger Wassertechnologien, die dafür sorgen, dass unser Wasser nachhaltig genutzt, optimal verwaltet, erhalten und wiederverwendet wird.**The Role**In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional sales, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape the future of our solutions and market approach.**What You’ll Do:****Drive Growth & Win New Business*** Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets* Conduct advanced, consultative sales presentations* Analyze market trends and uncover new opportunities**Strengthen Client Relationships*** Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts* Deliver exceptional customer experience and support* Upsell and cross-sell solutions aligned to client needs* Resolve client challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach**Be a Product & Industry Expert*** Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and innovations* Educate clients on products, services, and new offerings* Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and trade shows* Provide insights to influence product development and strategy**Lead & Collaborate*** Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions* Mentor and support junior sales team members* Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture**Own the Details*** Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts* Track performance metrics, expenses, and budgets* Support invoicing, reporting, and sales operations as needed**What You Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)* 4+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally in the water industry or a technical B2B environment* Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies* Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)* Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThe estimated salary range for this position is $100k to $130k base plus commission. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
