If you want a career giving people the reassurance that they can have access to the health care they need for themselves and their loved ones, join OneDigital.**Our Newest Opportunity:****Summary:**The Client Service Specialist supports the Ancillary Center of Excellence team by assisting with group quoting, RFP creation, CRM management, and additional administrative functions that are designed to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and the mission of the Ancillary COE.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):*** **Quoting Tools** - uses carrier and vendor quoting tools to complete and/or coordinate quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business.* **CRM** – manages and executes assigned department CRM workflows, including but not limited to client data updates, transaction information, broker and client documentation updates.* **RFP Support** – support the development of requests for proposal through documentation management, RFP status tracking and departmental reporting support.* **Client or Broker Data** - may be asked to work with benefit communications and/or technology teams to confirm client data* Work with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and user groups to develop and execute project work.* Works with Ancillary team to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned**Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail* Positive, can-do attitude* Self-motivated, flexible and disciplined* Ability to work independently as well as in team environment* Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment* Strong organizational skills**Education, Training and Experience:*** 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred* Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required* Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred* Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred* Proven track record in customer service; preferred* Bachelor’s Degree, preferred* Familiarity with database applications, a plus**Other:**License not requiredThe typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $25 to $27 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
