Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a dedicated

Regional Director-Apartment Based Supportive Services to oversee five of ourApartment Based Supportive/Integrated Community Supports Programs. This role requires a passionate leader who can provide guidance, ensure program growth, and foster an environment of support for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and/or chemical dependency histories. The Regional Director will ensure compliance, manage staff training, and serve as a representative of RTI to key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities: Program & Service Delivery Ensure services align with participant goals, strengths, and support needs. Conduct on-site visits, engage directly with participants, and maintain familiarity with support plans. Lead staff in fostering independence, community inclusion, and participant choice. Oversee incident response and model calm, solution-focused leadership. Monitor documentation for accuracy and coach staff on quality improvements. Collaborate with Case Managers, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams. Provide direct support as needed. Stay current on DHS 245D standards and best practices. Lead and develop Program Managers and Supervisors; set expectations, provide coaching, and hold staff accountable. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for leadership and direct support staff. Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and ensure regular staff supervisions. Address performance concerns and recognize achievements to foster a supportive environment. Compliance & Licensing Serve as Designated Coordinator under MN Statute 245D.081. Ensure all documentation, trainings, and service delivery meet DHS, Medicaid, and RTI standards. Conduct file audits, monitor service compliance, and communicate regulatory updates. Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely incident reporting. Monitor staffing, schedules, payroll, and budgets to ensure efficiency and compliance. Track expenses, service hours, and program costs; develop strategies to optimize resources. Partner with leadership on forecasting, staffing models, and budget planning. Identify and address participant, program, or staff risks. Ensure timely reporting of incidents, emergencies, and staff safety concerns. Collaborate on investigations and implement proactive safety measures. Stakeholder & Community Relations Represent RTI professionally with guardians, case managers, counties, and property partners. Foster strong relationships to ensure stable housing and effective issue resolution. Participate in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder sessions; respond promptly to inquiries and concerns. Required Experience and Qualifications:

The Regional Director shall qualify under Minnesota law as follows: a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services topersonswith disabilities or personsaged65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults orchildren;OR an associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services topersonswith disabilities orpersonsaged65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults orchildren;OR a diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accreditedpostsecondaryinstitution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services topersonswith disabilities orpersonsaged65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;OR a minimum of50 hoursof education and training related to human services and disabilities;AND four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services topersonswith disabilities orpersonsaged65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualificationsidentifiedin clauses (1) to (3). Additional Required Skills:

Mustpossesstwo (2) years of managerial experience.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Mustpass therequiredbackground check and remain eligibleto provide services as defined by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Must pass the screening required bythe FederalHuman Services Office of Inspector General toassurethat person has not been excluded from working in the licensed programs offered by RTI. Must have access to a reliable vehicle andmaintaina validdriver’s licenseandinsurance. Preferred Qualification and Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a director-level management position. Benefits of Working at RTI
