Leasing Associate Job Responsibilities:
Guide prospective residents through available units while sharing detailed information about the property and community.
Process rent payments, issue late notices when necessary, and manage incoming maintenance requests.
Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, directing inquiries, and welcoming visitors and residents.
Keep availability records up to date, including tracking open units and maintaining organized waitlists.
Create and share engaging posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to promote the property.
Support daily office operations by maintaining files, organizing workspace, and ordering necessary supplies.
Work closely with the maintenance team to coordinate and follow up on resident service requests.
Conduct daily walkthroughs of the property to ensure it remains clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
Leasing Associate Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing roles is preferred (minimum of 2 years).
Friendly, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with others and promote available units.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and respond to evolving priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs or similar software tools.
