Security Clearance & Citizenship Requirements This position requires a U.S. Citizen and a current, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Overview This hands‑on technical role requires an advanced software and systems engineering background. Coding and automation, as well as design and architecture, are essential. The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers’ technical and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and the creation of reusable artifacts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
Experience with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (e.g., Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud Operations).
3+ years in the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
Current, active U.S. government TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.
Experience leading the design, development, and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands‑on technology infrastructure operations.
Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation.
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).
Experience with AWS data/file transfer services such as MGN, DMS, and/or DataSync.

Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $131,300.00 – $177,600.00 USD annually. The total compensation package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units, health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
