We are looking for a highly capable, experienced and motivated paralegal in a temporary-to-permanent capacity starting right away for a law firm in Broward County.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3 – 5 + years of
Plaintiff's personal injury litigation
experience
REQUIRED
Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Highly organized, self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently
Punctual
Microsoft office knowledge a must. (Trialworks experience a plus)
Experience handling litigation files, including:
Preparing letters and documents
Preparing pleadings, discovery.
Trial preparation
Calendar maintenance
Scheduling of depositions, mediations, trials etc.
Maintaining client files from receipt to closing
