Your Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries, assist with order processing, returns, and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient problem-solving.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on e-commerce platform features and best practices.
Qualifications
Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
A strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
