Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general service issues. Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system. Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications

Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
