This role involves providing outstanding service to Croatian-speaking clients in the hospitality sector, helping to create excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support to Croatian-speaking guests and clients via multiple communication channels. Assist with booking and reservation inquiries, including cancellations and amendments. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality services and offerings to provide accurate information. Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service quality. Fluent in Croatian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively. Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking systems. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset. Willingness to relocate and adapt to life in Greece.
