In short: We simplify mobility.**Billing and Pricing Operations Specialist (all genders)**full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.**Your tasks:**Your role is divided into 2 major responsibilities: business analysis/ requirement engineering & expert operationsBusiness Analysis:* Analyse current billing, transaction management, and pricing processes across EMEA to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.* Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the new platform.* Map AS‐IS and design TO‐BE processes aligned with the transformation roadmap.* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, product teams, and the software provider to clarify needs and validate proposed solutions.* Support configuration and testing of the new system (functional testing, UAT preparation, defect analysis, regression cycles).Expert Operation:* Act as operational support for invoicing and transaction validation before and after xsystem go‐live.* Monitor data quality and perform reconciliations between legacy and new systems during migration waves.* Participate in issue resolution: triage incidents, coordinate with IT/product teams, and validate fixes.* Contribute to harmonizing operational practices at EMEA level and enforcing standardized processes.* Support change management activities (training, communication, onboarding of local teams).**Your profile:*** You have experience in business analysis, operations, pricing, invoicing, or financial systems in a high-volume environment of more than 100.000 invoices per month in the sector of telecommunication, energy, tolling or finance* Exposure to transformation projects, system migrations, or large‐scale process harmonization (preferably in an EMEA context).* A high technical affinity and strong analytical skills are essential for you. Experience in e-invoicing is an advantage* Strong communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders, from different geographies and management levels* Being proactive, detail-oriented, curious and able to communicate clearly.
