Job Summary
We are seeking a
senior-level Business Analyst (10+ years of experience)
to lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are clearly defined, testable, and aligned with organizational needs.
Preference will be given to candidates with Salesforce experience and familiarity with regulated or licensure-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in a clear, concise, and testable format
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and constraints
Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Participate in backlog prioritization and release planning activities
Review and interpret functional and technical design documents to ensure alignment with requirements
Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, including creation of detailed test cases
Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production issues in a timely manner
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide ongoing business support
Contribute to team coordination and workload balancing
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
supporting business requirements development and user support
Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent;
IIBA certification preferred
Proven experience in:
Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Strong written and verbal communication
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP platforms
2+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL
for data analysis
Experience using
Data Loader or similar data management tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in
training delivery and user support
Strong background in
documentation and presentation development
Experience with
quality analysis, testing, and UAT support
Familiarity with
regulated environments or licensure workflows
