Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyze and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings

Core Skills

Salesforce Platform : Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules)

Business Analysis : Requirements engineering, process modeling (UML, Agile/Scrum)

Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with integrations, data migration and system architecture

Soft Skills : Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication (technical and nontechnical), presentation and interpersonal skills
