What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create innovative research and actionable advice for clients on HR technology and AI implementation
- Develop in-depth analyses to identify and address clients’ challenges and drive strategic actions
- Track and analyze market trends in AI-driven HR technology and provide insights to clients
- Deliver high-value presentations at Gartner events and industry conferences
- Mentor and support junior team members in research discussions and professional development
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 12+ years of relevant experience in HR technology and/or operations leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HR technology and AI initiatives in enterprise organizations
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by CHROs and familiarity with their workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

- Background in AI governance and experience with legal, privacy, and compliance teams
- Proven track record of guiding HR organizations through AI-driven technological changes
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior-level audiences
