Site Project Director / Power EPC / Full Time

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company, WorkFromHome, KY, United States

This is a full-time opportunity with a leading industrial construction and energy solutions organization, focused on large-scale EPC and heavy industrial projects. The role centers on site-level leadership across complex construction programs, including boiler systems, steam generation, and multidisciplinary builds. The organization is investing heavily in this initiative, and they need a seasoned construction leader who can create structure, drive performance, and establish a high-functioning operation. This is a high-impact opportunity with strong visibility, autonomy, and the ability to shape long-term business success.

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management within heavy industrial, utility, or power generation environments
  • Advanced to expert-level knowledge of boiler system construction, maintenance, and steam power generation

  • Background in boilermaking or closely related trades
  • Experience building new processes, workflows, or business lines
