Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Mentor, OH. The Real Estate Agent will engage in property transactions by assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties. Responsibilities include conducting market research, providing expert advice to clients, marketing property listings, scheduling and hosting property showings, preparing necessary documentation, and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including market trends

Strong Customer Service and Sales experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Familiarity with the local Mentor, OH market is a plus

Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
