Director of Reporting & Pricing
to join its Finance leadership team. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm’s financial strategy, pricing structure, and overall profitability.
The position oversees a dynamic team of experienced financial analysts and data professionals and is responsible for leading the development, execution, and refinement of the firm’s pricing strategies and financial reporting. The role partners closely with Practice Group leadership, Business Development, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing firmwide financial and profitability reporting.
Developing pricing proposals and RFP responses.
Managing client and matter rate structures.
Ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting and data systems.
Optimizing reporting processes and leveraging tools such as Aderant, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel to deliver meaningful analysis to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong leadership experience.
Proven background in legal or professional services environments.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
Strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Regular interaction with senior stakeholders across the firm.
Compensation $175,000 – $225,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
