Our client, a leading company in the commercial landscape industry, is seeking a

Landscape Account Manager

to join their team in the Taunton, MA area. This role is centered on building strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to enhance services and grow revenue. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients—proactively identifying needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a consistently high level of service. This position is highly client-facing, with operational execution supported by dedicated production teams, allowing you to focus on relationship management, account growth, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal accounts

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long‑term relationships

Conduct regular client meetings and site walk‑throughs to assess needs and ensure satisfaction

Review, renew, and negotiate client contracts

Identify and upsell enhancement opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

Partner with internal operations and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Monitor service quality and proactively address client concernsResolve client issues by evaluating needs and delivering effective, timely solutions

Track account performance and maintain accurate client records using company systems

Landscape Account Manager Qualifications

4+ years of account management experience in landscaping or a field service industry required

Experience supporting high‑end residential (HOAs, planned communities) or commercial clients required

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (experience with CRM systems a plus)
