A&D Sales Manager – Southeast Territory

We are hiring for our client’s growing team, a leader in luxury residential building products, to bring on a Territory A&D Sales Manager – Southeast. This is an exceptional opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building lasting connections with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and industry influencers.
In this role, you will represent the brand with excellence, growing awareness and driving specification of products in high-end residential projects throughout Miami and the Southeast region. You will partner closely with the broader sales team to ensure the company remains top-of-mind among design professionals, while creating meaningful, trusted relationships that translate into business growth.
What You’ll Do Business Development & Relationship Management
Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and design influencers across the Southeast territory
Promote the brand through in-person and virtual presentations, CEUs, lunch-and-learns, showroom events, and networking opportunities
Educate the A&D community on product lines, functionality, and value to secure specification in residential and multi-unit projects
Build strong, long-term relationships with high-impact design firms to generate consistent specification and referral business
Collaboration & Events
Work closely with local dealers and showroom teams to plan and execute CEU events and brand showcases
Support onboarding of new design firms and maintain consistent follow-ups to drive loyalty and engagement
Represent the company at local and national design markets, trade shows, and industry events
Market Insight & Reporting
Monitor design trends, project activity, and competitive activity in the territory to uncover new opportunities
Provide regular reports on A&D activity, project pipelines, and specification wins/losses to leadership
Serve as a trusted resource for designers, fostering confidence in product selection and specification
Qualifications
2+ years of A&D sales, business development, or product specification experience in the luxury design or building products sector
Established relationships within the Miami/Florida A&D community strongly preferred
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual
Ability to influence, educate, and build trust with high-end design professionals
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
Self‑motivated, highly professional, and aligned with a luxury design culture
Proficient in Google Workspace and PowerPoint; experience with HubSpot a plus
Spanish language proficiency a plus
College degree preferred
