The Wood Veneer Hub (WVH) | Tolleson, AZ (Phoenix Metro) | Full-Time

About Us:

The Wood Veneer Hub (WVH) designs and supplies a wide range of decorative surfacing products to clients and specifiers across North America.  Our clients include architects, designers, distributors, contractors and retailers – operating across commercial, residential and hospitality projects.

We are seeking a driven and highly organized Specification Sales & Business Development Manager to lead WVH’s engagement within the architecture and design (A&D) community across Arizona. This role combines territory management, specification development, and strategic business development support across North America.


.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive specifications of WVH products within the A&D community across Arizona 
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of specification opportunities across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors 
  • Lead presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations 
  • Manage CRM pipeline and support project tracking for the North American sales team 
  • Coordinate samples, marketing materials, and reporting to support ongoing sales initiatives
  • Participate in key trade shows and industry events across North America 
  • Support broader business development initiatives to expand specification and distribution channels 

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • 5+ years’ experience in sales, specification, or business development within the design or building materials industry
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
    • Experience working with architects and designers (A&D community)
    • Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and/or interior products
    • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Willingness to travel within Arizona and occasional air travel throughout North America
