We are hiring a Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor to join our Austin office. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) who want to build a long-term career in multifamily investment sales within one of the most active and competitive real estate markets in the country. This is not an analyst role. This is a producer track position. If you are looking for guaranteed salary and limited risk, this likely is not the right fit. If you want to learn how to build relationships, win listings, and grow a real book of business — we should talk. Responsibilities
Prospect multifamily owners through research and outbound outreach Assist in underwriting and financial analysis of multifamily assets Support preparation of BOVs, OMs, and marketing materials Research ownership records, market comps, and development trends Maintain CRM systems and pipeline tracking Assist with transaction coordination and buyer communications Participate in internal pipeline and strategy calls Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred Texas Real Estate Sales License (or willingness to obtain quickly) Strong analytical and communication skills Comfortable in Excel and financial modeling Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated Prior multifamily exposure is a plus but not required. Required Skills
Strong analytical ability and financial curiosity Comfortable initiating conversations and handling rejection Thrive in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment Want mentorship but understand compensation is production-based Preferred Skills
Recent graduates in finance, business, economics, or real estate are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of brokerage, lending, appraisal, or investment experience are also welcome. Pay Range And Compensation Package
