Vice President of Sales

to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client partnerships. Position Overview The Vice President of Sales will lead all business development efforts, focusing on generating new client relationships while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. This individual will play a critical role in scaling the organization’s revenue by identifying strategic opportunities within the healthcare and behavioral health sectors. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with a strong background in recruiting, staffing, or healthcare services, and a proven track record of closing deals and building lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify, target, and secure new client partnerships within healthcare and behavioral health markets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across multiple regions Lead high-level sales conversations, negotiations, and contract execution Client Relationship Management Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders (CEOs, Executive Directors, HR Leaders, Clinical Leadership) Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling recruiting services Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce strategy, hiring trends, and market insights Ensure high client satisfaction and retention Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and refine sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of services Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership on industry trends and client needs Support branding and marketing initiatives to enhance market visibility Partner with internal recruiting teams to align on client expectations and candidate delivery Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive growth initiatives Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management Proven track record of generating new business and closing high-value deals Strong experience cultivating new relationships and managing existing client accounts Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Preferred Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or staffing/recruiting industry Existing network within healthcare or behavioral health organizations Experience selling recruiting, staffing, or workforce solutions
