What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, collaborating with internal and external teams - Utilize project management practices to independently lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure accountability - Spearhead the implementation of new software tools, including requirements gathering, testing, and reporting - Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), including script creation and results documentation - Create reports in ERP and Salesforce to assist with team reporting needs
What is Required (Qualifications): - 7+ years of professional work experience with 4+ years in a project management or operations role - Familiarity with finance processes and systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in projects supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems - Proven track record of sound judgment, ownership, and delivering results under deadlines - Fluent in written and verbal English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - PMP or Agile certification, or similar formal project management training - Prior knowledge and experience in implementing Vertex and/or TMS (Treasury Management System) - Intermediate Excel skills - Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce - Focus on teamwork and collaboration
