Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated Fund of Funds Documentation Specialist to assist clients in our Fund of Funds service within Global Fund Custody. In this role, you will streamline the process for subscriptions and redemptions into mutual funds by ensuring that the necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret complex materials will be key as you collaborate with clients, fund companies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review fund of funds subscription and redemption documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Interpret complex legal and financial documentation and apply information appropriately.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure documentation adheres to client directives and operational standards.
Maintain compliance with U.S. Bank's Code of Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and information security requirements.
Act as a liaison among clients, fund companies, and internal operations teams to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.
Retrieve, review, and distribute pricing information to ensure accurate asset pricing.
Support fund custody operational activities, including cash instructions as needed.
Engage in project work, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives within Fund Services.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of experience in securities operations, accounting, trade processing, or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with trust and securities operational functions and procedures.
Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management and Securities Services.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated teamwork and adherence to service excellence principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, typing, and 10-key.
Capacity to read and interpret complex financial and legal documents.
Familiarity with Private Equity and Hedge Fund structures is a plus.
