Were working with a fast-growing lifestyle apparel brand with a strong West Coast identity, now building out an East Coast wholesale team to scale distribution and accelerate growth.
This is a growth role for a commercially driven sales executive looking for that next step.
We are looking for someone who can open doors, expand key accounts, and build a multi-million-dollar wholesale business across full-price and specialty channels.
You will take ownership of key retail relationships while driving new business across premium and off price accounts, with clear runway to scale revenue rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
Own and expand wholesale distribution across key retail partners.
Build and scale a multi-million-dollar wholesale business within the first 12 months
Drive new business development while growing existing accounts through strategic planning and relationship management
Act as the commercial lead across wholesale operations, working cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and leadership
Develop pricing architecture and tiered distribution strategies aligned to brand positioning and margin targets
Partner with internal teams to optimize product assortments based on retail performance and sell-through data
Support DTC performance by feeding wholesale insights into broader commercial strategy
Lead seasonal sell-in processes, buyer meetings, and account negotiations
Maintain strong oversight of forecasts, order flow, and delivery timelines
Candidate Profile
3+ years of sales experience within womens apparel is essential.
A track record of managing at least $10M in revenue.
Strong existing relationships across premium, speciality and off price retailers.
Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and expand distribution within competitive retail environments
Commercially sharp with experience in strategic account management
Strong cross-functional operator, comfortable working with design, product, and leadership teams
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
Confident negotiator with strong communication and presentation skills
