This is a hands‑on technical position requiring advanced software/systems engineering expertise, coding/automation, and design/architecture skills.
Responsibilities
Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge internally through mentorship, training, and creation of reusable artifacts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
5+ years of external or internal customer‑facing, large‑scale project management experience.
Experience designing, planning, and implementing application and/or database migrations to the cloud.
Current active US Government Secret clearance at Top Secret level or above.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.
Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.
Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).
Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).
Experience with AWS data/file transfer solutions such as Application Migration Service, Database Migration Service, and/or DataSync.

Benefits The base salary range for this position is $153,600–$207,800 USD annually.
