Summary:
The Customer Solutions Representative role handles all incoming calls, identifies client needs and troubleshoots problems to resolution. This role functions as a liaison between all internal and external customers and the clinical laboratory.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Customer Service experience in a health care setting preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Medical terminology; and computer skills.
