With a strong dispatch and operations team based in Syracuse, NY, they are looking to add a proven freight sales professional who can bring and grow shipper relationships. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing book of shipper business Prospect and develop new shipper accounts Sell specialized transportation solutions Negotiate pricing and service agreements Work closely with operations/dispatch to ensure smooth load execution Track pipeline, activity, and revenue growth Requirements
35+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience Must bring an active, transferable book of business Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills Self-starter comfortable working fully remote Experience with CRM and standard sales tools Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience specifically in specialized freight, including: Open Deck, Step Deck, Double Drop, Over Dimensional (OD) Must bring an established, portable book of business (active shipper accounts you can transfer and service) Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $80,000–$100,000 per year (commensurate with experience and book of business), plus performance-based bonuses and commissions for exceeding targets. 401(k) with 3% company match Health insurance Life insurance Paid vacation and holidays
