Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Position Details
Pay Rate: $19-20/hour Contract Length: 6-9 months Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities
Tour show‑ready units and assist prospective residents through the leasing process Secure applications from qualified candidates while following Fair Housing and ADA guidelines Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, coworkers, and vendors Coordinate resident activities and community events Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data; complete follow‑ups Prepare monthly resident newsletters and activity calendars Support social media presence with 2-3 posts per week Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment Qualifications
High school diploma required Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with data entry and Microsoft Office Professional appearance and reliable work ethic Team‑oriented with a service‑driven mindset Valid Texas driver's license and insurance may be required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
