Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Outside Sales Representative based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, conducting sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will be responsible for achieving sales goals, managing client accounts, and serving as a key point of contact for customer needs while representing Schaffer Equipment professionally in the marketplace.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written capabilities
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience working in industrial or equipment sales is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment
A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
