Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to join their high-performing team. About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding referral partnerships across the region
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with Physicians, Discharge planner, Case managers, Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) & Hospitals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient census
- Act as the face of the organization within the local healthcare community
- Leverage the company’s strong reputation to open and close referral partnerships
- Work autonomously while collaborating with clinical and operational leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Home Health or Hospice sales/marketing
- Strong, existing relationships within the Dallas–Fort Worth healthcare market
- Demonstrated track record of generating referrals and exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and compassionate approach
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Home Health or Hospice sales/marketing
- Strong, existing relationships within the Dallas–Fort Worth healthcare market
- Demonstrated track record of generating referrals and exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and compassionate approach
Pay range and compensation package
- Base Salary up to $120,000
- Uncapped commission structure – unlimited earning potential
