Job Details
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and direct high volume incoming phone calls
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination
Provide front desk support and assist with daily office operations
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain reception area and conference rooms in a clean, organized, and professional condition
Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management
Support attorneys and staff with transaction coordination and clerical tasks
Uphold client confidentiality, office procedures, and firm policies at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, office assistant, or transaction coordinator
Experience in a legal office, real estate office, or professional services environment is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office technology
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast paced office setting
Professional appearance and demeanor
