Inside Sales Representative

Ironline Metals is a fast-growing, privately-owned manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing products serving

drywall distributors and interior contractors throughout the Southeast. We operate with speed, precision, and a

customer-first mindset. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing the full order cycle from quote to shipment, including quoting, order entry, confirmations, and coordinating scheduling between customers and plant operations to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely quotes

Process and enter sales orders

Issue order confirmations

Coordinate production and delivery schedules with the plant

Communicate ship dates and updates to customers

Support drywall distribution yards and interior contractors

Follow up on open quotes and customer requests

Maintain pricing accuracy and margin awareness

Qualifications

Building materials industry experience preferred

Knowledge of drywall distribution and interior contractor markets strongly preferred

Strong analytical and organizational skills

High attention to detail and follow through

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
